Selling your home can be a very difficult decision to make, especially if you have a job where you have to change locations quickly and often. You should be aware that selling your home is not your only option.

Becoming a rental owner is an option that many people do not consider as an alternative to selling your home. Our property management team makes it as simple as possible for you to rent your home if you choose that over selling it.

If you are unsure whether to sell your home or rent it out, we will do the research and present the two different scenarios so you can understand what you could obtain for selling your home or renting it out. At that point, the choice will be yours, and we can go from there.

PROPERTY MANANGEMENT

We Do the Work for You

We are extremely thorough with every aspect of property management, including having a stringent screening process for tenants. This has led us to have 0 evictions in the history of our company. We try to make the property management process as easy for you, the rental owner, as possible.

Monthly Statements

• Rental owners get paid monthly along with a special rental owner statement, breaking down the previous month's financials.

Inspections

• When a tenant moves in, we go through the house, room by room, to catalogue the conditions. When a tenant moves out, we do the same inspection. If there are any new damages, money is withdrawn from the tenant's security deposit to fix anything.

Keeping Your Home Safe

• In addition to inspections, we steam clean the carpets and change the locks every time a new tenant moves in. These services are paid for by the outgoing tenant. If the previous tenant doesn't pay for these services, money is withdrawn from their security deposit to make sure it gets done.

• We also make sure both parties have the proper insurance if major, unforeseen damages happen to the home.
