Our Process

We are hands on here at Magnolia Real Estate & Rentals and do everything we can to help you find the home of your dreams. This starts before we even meet.

• Collecting Information

  Before we meet, we get a summary of what kind of house you want (i.e. number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price range, desired location etc.). At this point, we conduct an MLS search.

• The Presentation

  After we collect several homes that fit your criteria, we will meet with you and present you with all the information on the homes.

• Visiting Time

  We will go and visit all the homes you would like to see, making notes of which ones you like the most.

• Decision Time

  Once you decide on a home you love, we will complete a competitive market analysis to show you what other similar homes are priced at. We will help you put an offer together with the main goal being to get you the best deal possible.
