Competitive Rates

Rental owners get paid monthly through direct deposit. In addition, rental owners receive a monthly rental owner statement, breaking down the previous month’s financials.

We offer competitive rates to our rental owners. We charge 25% for the first month, but only 8% every month thereafter.

Extremely Thorough

We are extremely thorough with every aspect of property management, including having a stringent screening process for tenants. Because of this, we have had 0 evictions in the history of our company.

  • Proper Insurance

    We make sure that both parties have the proper insurance if unforeseen damages occur to the home.

  • Inspections

    When a tenant moves in, we go through the house, room by room, to catalogue the conditions. When a tenant moves out, we do the same inspection. If there are any new damages, money is withdrawn from the tenant’s security deposit to fix anything.

  • Consistent Upkeep

    In addition to continuous inspections, we steam clean the carpets and change the locks every time a new tenant moves in. These services are paid for by the outgoing tenant. If the previous tenant does not pay for the services, money is withdrawn from their security deposit to make sure it gets done.
